The working principle of the blower mainly depends on its design and type. Common ones include vane type, roots type, magnetic suspension and air suspension.

Vane blower: This blower uses the eccentric operation of the offset rotor in the cylinder, and the volume change between the blades in the rotor slot to achieve air intake, compression and discharge. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send the lubricating oil to the drip nozzle and drip into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise.

Roots blower: Roots blower compresses and transports gas through the relative movement of two blade-shaped rotors in the cylinder. This blower has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture. It is widely used in aquaculture oxygenation, sewage treatment aeration and other fields.

Magnetic suspension blower: The magnetic suspension blower is directly driven by a high-speed motor, and uses an active magnetic suspension bearing system to provide non-contact and wear-free suspension support for the internal rotating magnetic suspension bearing through controllable electromagnetic force. This design achieves the effect of successful gas transportation without wear, low noise and no lubrication inside the machine.

Air suspension blower: Air suspension blower is a blower in which the air generates a dynamic pressure effect between the rotor and the surface of the foil bearing when the blower rotor rotates at high speed, forming a high-pressure air film to float the rotor. This design makes the rotor in a suspended state during high-speed rotation, and the uneven circumferential air pressure enables the foil bearing to bear the load.
